1. Account Terms

By registering through standard forms or using social login buttons (Google/Facebook), you agree to provide authentic contact criteria.

You are solely responsible for protecting your active account tokens and monitoring your unified application balance.

2. Wallet and Billing Rules

• Registration Credit: New users may receive a promotional introductory balance (e.g., ₦200 bonus credit). This credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.
• Deductions: The calculated SMS cost will be locked out and reserved upon a successful campaign scheduling request, and fully debited upon final queue delivery.
• Insufficient Balance: Scheduled campaigns will fail to fire if the runtime worker detects that your wallet balance has dropped below the required threshold.

3. Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam

Textflow enforces a strict zero-tolerance anti-spam framework. You explicitly agree not to utilize our background transmission queue to distribute:

• Fraudulent financial messages, phishing text configurations, or impersonation schemes.
• Unsolicited marketing broadcasts to users who have not explicitly opted in.

Accounts violating these conditions will be permanently suspended, and remaining wallet assets will be confiscated without recourse.

4. Limitation of Liability

Textflow relies on upstream telecom paths and standard server availability. We are not liable for delayed campaign distribution caused by external carrier downtimes or local mobile network connection loops.

5. Governance

These service conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
