When you register or log in using Google or Facebook authentication, we collect specific profile information provided by the authentication service, including:

Your full name (to personalize your account dashboard).
Your email address (to identify your account and send balance alerts).
Your unique authentication provider ID.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively to provide services for Textflow, including:

Creating and managing your user account and SMS wallet system.
Processing your scheduled and instant SMS campaigns.
Sending transactional logs, balance notifications, and account recovery updates.

3. Facebook and Google Data Deletion Instructions

You can request the permanent removal of your account data at any time.

To delete your data from Textflow:

Log into your Textflow account and go to Settings (or email our support desk at support@textflow.ng).
Request account termination. We will delete all social identifiers, transactions, and campaign logs within 48 hours.
Alternatively, you can remove Textflow access directly via your Google Security Settings or Facebook Apps and Websites Settings page.

4. Security

We implement secure database transactions and use industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your wallet logs and contact records from unauthorized access.
